The Frenulum

On my journey to learn about the male body, I have discovered the frenulum which is a connective tissue on the underside of the penis. Now, since I'm circumcised, I have the remnant of what's left of my frenulum. However, it is still sensitive.

The Penis

OK, I want to lengthen and thicken my penis. I have been looking into stretching and jelqing to achieve this.

Stretching is pretty self explanatory. Use this technique when the penis flaccid. I usually grip below the penis head and stretch in each direction(up, down, left, and right) for 30 seconds. I usually do this for 5 to 10 mins. You can increase the length of time each week if you want to. The stretching technique can be used in conjunction with the jelqing technique which will be discussed next.

Jelqing is basically forcing the blood upwards with a semi-erect penis. You start at the base and you stop just before you get to the head; do not jelq the penis head. You typically alternate hands-when one hand is at the top, you start at the base with the other hand to keep the blood flow throughout the process.

I usually jelq for 5 to 10 minutes. You can increase the time and the number of strokes you do. For example, week 1 you might do it for 5 mins and do 50 strokes and for week 2 you could increase it to 10 mins with 100 strokes.

Remember that this an exercise so be sure to warm up first; this can be done by wrapping the penis in a warm washcloth for 5 to 10 mins. This allows blood to fill up in the penis.

If done correctly and routinely, the theory is that the blood will cause the penis to expand and grow overtime. I want to get my penis 3 to 4 inches longer.

I have a "Grower" penis and what that means is when the penis is flaccid, it is smaller but grows much bigger when erect.

The Perineum
